Our program has received a generous donation of backpacks, school supplies, dental kits, shoes, and socks from the Running Strong organization. We'd like to invite ALL AI/AN students in our school district to join us in our Title VI classroom at Larsen Elementary. Bring the whole family with you!
Dear Parent/Guardians,
We are Nebo School District Title VI Indian Education Program. Are you, your child, or his/her grandparent an enrolled member of an Alaska Native Group or American Indian Tribe? If so, your child may be able to enroll in Title VII Indian Education Program. Enrollment will increase opportunities available for your Native student. The program's goal is to help Native students meet and exceed state academic and cultural standards. If your child is not Native American please let us know and we will remove you from our list.
A Title VI Representative will be contacting their Native Club members with more information. This is an event for Multicultural Students in 8th-12th grade attending Nebo School District.
Our program offers an after-school homework lab. Please join us on Mondays at Larsen Elementary from 2:45-5 pm and Wednesdays from 3:30-5:30 pm at Cherry Creek Elementary. Homework Labs will begin on Sept. 7, 2022. Please reach out to Natalie Billie or Shoshana Begay for more information.
