Students from the Nebo Title VI Program had the opportunity to participate in American Indian Caucus Day at the Utah State Capitol. Students were able to visit the Transcontinental Railroad Exhibit, witnessed Legislators discuss the proposed idea of having Utah Navajo Code Talker Day, and met with Tribal Leaders.
Native Club Members,
Parents and Guardians,
Students at Springville High Native Club made dream catchers today. Springville Native Club is held the last Thursday of each month during lunch.
These wonderful students have been diligently taking a Navajo Language Course taught by Clayton Long. We are so proud of these students! They are doing a wonderful job learning such a sacred and beautiful language. If you are interesting in taking this course, please contact eileen [dot] quintana [at] nebo [dot] edu (Eileen Quintana).
